Bake In Space enters INNOspace Masters final

Great news! We have made it to the top 3 of the ESA BIC Challenge of the INNOspace Masters competition. The INNOspace Masters competition is focused on start-ups, larger companies, universities, non-university research institutions, and consortia or individuals whose plans involve transferring technology and expertise from other industries into the space sector. This year it includes three challenges, by DLR Space Administration, ESA BIC (supported by OHB) and Airbus Defence and Space. The ESA BIC Start-up Challenge was looking for startups to be supported in their successful entry into the space market at ESA BIC Darmstadt or ESA BIC Bavaria. The three finalists from each of the three challenges will hold brief presentations on their competition entries before the winners are announced at a festive awards ceremony on 17 May 2017 in Berlin. This will be presided over by Brigitte Zypries, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy and Federal Government & Coordinator of German Aerospace Policy. The ceremony will take place alongside a conference devoted to the competition’s theme, “Space 4.0”, explore the latest trends in technology transfer, innovative solutions and new business models. Here’s an insight into the conference and awards ceremony last year:
